The HiBind® DNA Maxi column facilitates the binding, washing, and elution steps, thus enabling multiple samples to be simultaneously processed. Although yields vary according to plasmid copy number, <i>E.coli</i> strain, and conditions of growth, 50 to 200 ml of overnight culture in LB medium typically produces 0,5 to 1 mg of high copy number plasmid DNA.
