Supplier: BURKLE
Description: Manual positive displacement pump for filling, emptying, and transferring liquids between canisters and barrels. Positive pressure is produced using a manual piston and forces the liquid out of the container. Small quantities of liquid can also be drained off with the drain cock. The pump is fitted onto the barrel with a flexible, variable diameter plug. No special thread adapters are needed.

Description: Drum pump, Drive without rechargeable battery/power supply unit

Supplier: Heidolph Instruments GmbH & Co.KG
Description: Models PD 5001 and PD 5006 for standard applications. Peristaltic pumps are ideal for transporting and metering aggressive, abrasive, or corrosive solutions, and also for sterile media under low pressure. The medium to be transported only comes into contact with the tubing, so there can be no contamination. Suitable for transporting high-viscosity media up to 10000 mPas. The pumps are self-priming, with no seals or valves. They can be used in the food industry for filtering and separating, for water treatment, in biotechnology, and for routine laboratory applications. Pressure and vacuum displacement possible. Maintenance free motors ensure long service life.

Supplier: Heidolph Instruments GmbH & Co.KG
Description: Complete sets consisting of tube drive, pump head, and tubing. Ready-to-use.

Supplier: LABCONCO
Description: This vacuum pump is designed for use with aqueous samples that are compatible with FreeZone Freeze Dry Systems, CentriVap Centrifugal concentrators and Protector® Controlled Atmosphere glove boxes. It comes with a single phase direct drive motor, totally enclosed and fan cooled. When the motor overheats, the thermal overload device switches off the pump. When the pump cools down, the motor automatically restarts. Isolation valve seals the inlet to prevent oil and air contamination of the system in the event of power failure.

Supplier: IKA JANKE KUNKEL
Description: The high pressure homogeniser HPH is an inline dispersing machine for energy-efficient, continuous production of superfine emulsions. Compared to other IKA inline machines, the dispersing action of the high pressure homogeniser HPH is not based on the rotor/stator principle. The improved homogenising effect is achieved within the homogeniser by means of spontaneous decompression of the liquid from max. 2000 bar to an ambient pressure. With the same energy input, the IKA HPH produces considerably finer emulsions than conventional toothed ring dispersers. The use of high pressure homogenisers is recommended when a disintegration down to the nano range is required; however, these machines do achieve a smaller flow capacity than conventional dispersers. The high pressure homogeniser consists of a high pressure piston pump and a downstream homogenising valve. The pressure build-up within the HPH occurs by means of one or more piston pump(s) which, with the help of ceramic pistons, ensure(s) a volume flow that is independent of pressure and virtually pulsation free. The desired homogenising pressure can be infinitely adjusted. The pressure is reduced in a selected adjustable gap of the homogenizing valve. The quick pressure decrease in a moving medium leads to extremely high turbulences and cavitations, which then bring about the grinding of the raw product. The machine's design can be adapted to fit customer-specific tasks. The high pressure homogeniser is available in two sizes with either one or more piston(s) of varying Ø. These parameters determine the max. homogenising pressure (800 or 2000 bar) possible for a specific machine type, the minimal permitted feeding volume (up to 10 ml) as well as homogenising results and flow capacities.

Description: The three-stage VARIO-SP® diaphragm pumps, with its variable speed drive system, attains significantly higher pumping speed and a better ultimate vacuum than the corresponding fixed speed pump. The brushless motor (maintenance-free) enables easy integration of the pump into other equipment, and operation independent of line voltage. The motor speed is either fixed or can be adjusted externally via electronic control signals for adaptation to process requirements.

Supplier: Heidolph Instruments GmbH & Co.KG
Description: Models PD 5201 and PD 5206 for advanced requirements. Peristaltic pumps are ideal for transporting and metering aggressive, abrasive, or corrosive solutions, and also for sterile media under low pressure. The medium to be transported only comes into contact with the tubing, so there is no contamination. Suitable for transporting highly viscous media up to 10000 mPas. The pumps are self-priming without seals or valves. Can be used in the food industry for filtering and separating, for water treatment, in biotechnology and routine laboratory applications. Media can be transported under pressure and under vacuum. Maintenance-free motors ensure long service life. Quantities displaced by the pump heads are stored in the program depending on the individual tubes used, and are shown in the digital display. Software may be ordered separately as an accessory. The pump drive is microprocessor-controlled. Equipped with RS232 digital interface; speed, metered quantity, flow rate, pause, and tube dimension can be controlled. Digital display of speed (min⁻¹) and flow rate (ml/min). Digital display of displacement volume (ml) in the case of volume metering. Intermittent metering is available with adjustable pause times. A metered volume can also be specified in addition to the flow rate display. Extremely simple calibration of displacement volume (ml) and flow rate (ml/min).
