Description: The E.Z.N.A.® Plasmid Maxi Kit is the maxi scale system to deliver high-quality plasmid DNA using the spin column format, without costly accessories. The HiBind® DNA Maxi column facilitates the binding, washing, and elution steps, thus enabling multiple samples to be simultaneously processed. Although yields vary according to plasmid copy number, <i>E.coli</i> strain, and conditions of growth, 50 to 200 ml of overnight culture in LB medium typically produces 0,5 to 1 mg of high copy number plasmid DNA. Up to 500 ml of culture may be processed when working with low copy number plasmid.
