Description: Isolate DNA from molluscs and insects using spin columns.
Supplier: OMEGA BIOTEK
Description: The E.Z.N.A.® Total RNA kit II is designed for isolating total cellular RNA from tissues rich fibrous and fatty tissues such as skeletal muscle, heart, brain and adipose tissues. Compared to other standard silica-column procedures, the E.Z.N.A.® Total RNA kit II provides higher yield and better quality of RNA from all types of tissue. This kit combines phenol/guanidine-base lysis and the silica membrane purification of RNA technology to provide a rapid and easy method of the isolation of total RNA from any tissue sample. RNA purified using the E.Z.N.A.® Total RNA method is ready for applications such as RT-PCR, Northern blotting, poly A+ RNA (mRNA) purification, nuclease protection, and in vitro translation.
Catalog Number: (733-2903)
Supplier: Quantabio
Description: Faster, better, tougher next generation cDNA SuperMix for cDNA synthesis.
UOM: 1 * 1 KIT

Supplier: Quantabio
Description: AccuStart™ II GelTrack PCR SuperMix is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use reaction cocktail for routine PCR amplification of DNA fragments up to 4 kb followed by analysis on agarose gels. It contains all components, except primers and template. AccuStart™ II GelTrack PCR SuperMix simplifies reaction assembly, improves assay reproducibility, and reduces the risk of contamination. The supermix includes electrophoresis tracking dyes that migrate at approximately 4 kb and 50 bp to allow direct loading of PCR product on agarose gels following amplification. AccuStart™ II Taq DNA polymerase in the master mix is inactivated with monoclonal antibodies that bind the polymerase and keep it inactive prior to the initial PCR denaturation step. Upon heat activation (1 minute at 94 °C), the antibodies denature irreversibly, releasing fully active, unmodified Taq DNA polymerase. This enables specific and efficient primer extension with the convenience of room temperature reaction assembly.
Supplier: Quantabio
Description: qScript™ XLT One-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix® is a ready to use, highly sensitive master mix for reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) of RNA templates.
Supplier: OMEGA BIOTEK
Description: Selected protease digestion releases microgram amounts of DNA from FFPE samples.
Supplier: Quantabio
Description: This SuperMix is a 2X concentrated, ready to use reaction cocktail for Real-Time qPCR that contains all components, except primers, probes, and templates. The system transcends multiplex limitations of conventional PCR master mixes, enabling unbiased amplification of up to five target sequences in a single tube. Suppression of low copy amplicons by high copy reference targets in the amplification is a common problem in multiplex PCR. This can skew, or mask the apparent representation and quantification of low copy target sequences. PerfeCTa® MultiPlex qPCR SuperMix delivers dynamic range and sensitivity to multiplexed qPCR that is comparable to that for singleplex qPCR probe assays without the need for limiting or variable primer concentrations.
Catalog Number: (733-2013)
Supplier: Quantabio
Description: The qScript™ microRNA cDNA synthesis kit has been designed to convert miRNAs into cDNA starting from total RNA or RNA preparations pre-enriched for miRNAs. miRNAs are not polyadenylated in nature. With the qScript™ microRNA cDNA synthesis kit miRNAs are polyadenylated in a poly(A) polymerase reaction. qScript™ reverse transcriptase and other necessary reagents for cDNA synthesis are subsequently added to convert the poly(A) tailed microRNAs into cDNA using an oligo-dT adapter primer. The adapter primer has a unique sequence at its 5’ end which allows amplification of cDNAs in Real-Time qRT-PCR reactions.
UOM: 1 * 25 Assays

Supplier: Quantabio
Description: PerfeCTa® qPCR ToughMix® is a 2X concentrated ready to use reaction cocktail for PCR amplification of DNA templates that overcomes many known inhibitors of PCR often present in crude samples extracted from environmental specimens, plant tissues or animal tissues. It is a versatile and robust Real-Time qPCR reagent that provides maximum sensitivity and PCR efficiency with a variety of fluorogenic probe chemistries, including TaqMan® hydrolysis probes. PerfeCTa® qPCR ToughMix® contains all required reaction components, except primers, probe(s) and DNA template. The light blue colour of the AccuVue™ tracer dye simplifies reaction assembly in white, or clear plates and helps to minimise pipetting or mixing errors. It does not interfere with qPCR performance or affect the stability of the product.
Supplier: OMEGA BIOTEK
Description: Hi-Bind® DNA mini columns are silica glass fibre columns that can bind up to 100 μg of genomic DNA or 35 μg of plasmid DNA per prep. Columns feature an attached lid and a vacuum luer for processing with vacuum manifolds and by centrifugation.

Supplier: Quantabio
Description: sparQ PureMag beads is a fast and reliable nucleic acid purification system for reaction cleanup and size selection in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows. Based on the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of magnetic beads; this product can be used to quickly remove primers, primer-dimers, unincorporated nucleotides, salts, adapters and adapter-dimers from NGS library prep reactions to improve downstream sequencing performance. sparQ PureMag beads allows excellent recovery of fragments greater than 100 bp without centrifugation or filtration. Consistent and reliable size selection can be achieved by simply adjusting the beads to sample ratio. This product is designed for both manual and automated processing, allowing seamless integration into existing workflows.
Supplier: OMEGA BIOTEK
Description: Plasmid isolated with traditional purification procedures normally contain high levels of endotoxins (also known as lipopolysaccharides or LPS) that can significantly interfere with transfection experiments downstream. The E.Z.N.A.® Endo-Free plasmid mini kit II integrates an efficient endotoxin removal step into the plasmid purification procedure to produce high-quality transfection grade (<0,1 EU/µg) plasmid for efficient transfection. The bacterial cells are lysed using the alkaline-SDS lysis method. The cleared cell lysate is then treated with ETR reagent to efficiently remove the endotoxins. After adjusting the binding condition, the cell lysate is applied into the HiBind® DNA column and purified DNA is eluted from the column membrane.
